What you will do
- Serve as a primary technical responder for incidents and requests related to identity governance technologies.
- Perform discovery audits and assist clients in developing certification and compliance campaigns.
- Analyze failure situations, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions while maintaining SLAs.
- Document incident resolutions, RCA/RFOs, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance, including security patching, configuration backups, and system changes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting identity governance technologies.
- 3-5 years of experience with Active Directory architecture and LDAP directory services.
- Proficiency in database querying languages such as SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience remotely administering Windows Server and Unix/Linux systems via command line.
- Familiarity with scripting languages including PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CCSP.
- Experience with ITIL, SDLC, and DevOps procedures.
- Prior experience in a NOC or SOC working environment.
- MCSE or MS Azure certifications.
