What you will do

• Serve as a primary technical responder for incidents and requests related to identity governance technologies.
• Perform discovery audits and assist clients in developing certification and compliance campaigns.
• Analyze failure situations, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions while maintaining SLAs.
• Document incident resolutions, RCA/RFOs, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance, including security patching, configuration backups, and system changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting identity governance technologies.
• 3-5 years of experience with Active Directory architecture and LDAP directory services.
• Proficiency in database querying languages such as SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience remotely administering Windows Server and Unix/Linux systems via command line.
• Familiarity with scripting languages including PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CCSP.
• Experience with ITIL, SDLC, and DevOps procedures.
• Prior experience in a NOC or SOC working environment.
• MCSE or MS Azure certifications.
