TL;DR
Enterprise Applications Engineer (AI/CLM): Build and own enterprise applications and internal tools that power Hadrian’s operational workflows end-to-end with an accent on legal technology, AI-assisted contract intelligence, and CLM platform ownership. Focus on designing RAG/LLM-powered contract workflows, integrating Legal/Sales/Finance/Procurement systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, Microsoft 365 GCC), and delivering real-time contract risk and obligation tracking.
Company
builds autonomous factories and enterprise software to help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships faster and at lower cost.
What you will do
- Own enterprise application strategy and roadmap for high-leverage workflow bottlenecks, translating operational pain points into technical requirements and system designs.
- Build AI-assisted contract review, analysis, and drafting workflows (risk provisions, deviations from standard positions, structured change logs, and redline/negotiation support).
- Develop obligation extraction and tracking systems that convert executed agreements into actionable compliance tasks, including RAG/LLM tooling over the contract corpus and legal knowledge base.
- Design and maintain the CLM platform logic and workflows, including intake/routing, approvals, and AI-driven automation through close-out across DocuSign and Microsoft 365 GCC.
- Integrate contract data structures and workflows across Salesforce (GovCloud Plus) and NetSuite to connect opportunity data to legal contract workflows and procurement handoffs.
- Build dashboards for contract status, risk exposure, and milestone compliance, coordinating with Finance on ERP entries and downstream payment and delivery tracking.
Requirements
- Prior experience building legal technology, CLM systems, or contract management tools.
- Production experience with AI/LLM-powered applications (RAG, document processing, agentic workflows).
- Proficiency with Salesforce as a CRM and experience with at least one major ERP (NetSuite or Oracle preferred).
- Experience building in GCC environments with ITAR, CUI, or CMMC compliance requirements.
- Experience at a defense-tech, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing company.
- Must meet U.S. ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Culture & Benefits
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
- 401k.
- Relocation support may be provided for certain situations based on business need.
- Flexible vacation policy.
- Equity.
