Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 Annually

What you will do

• Implement and manage Databricks linked services, mount points, and catalog configurations.
• Develop and optimize PySpark jobs, notebooks, and complex ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Provide white-glove customer success, including onboarding, office hours, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workspace deployment and intake processes.
• Troubleshoot platform, data access, and pipeline issues to ensure system reliability.
• Support automated data warehouse access provisioning and cloud migration efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, Azure data services, and data engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Effective communication skills for technical documentation and user-facing support.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Azure Databricks, Spark, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with PowerBI, Azure Synapse, and Unity Catalog.
• Background in healthcare or federal data governance environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or SharePoint for change management.
