Compensation: $100,000 – $184,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own attribution for complex, high-stakes ecosystem activity and set the standard for investigative tradecraft.
• Design and lead AI and automation initiatives to scale attribution efforts across the global team.
• Define and shape data collection strategies to improve intelligence quality.
• Mentor team members and raise the overall analytical bar.
• Contribute actionable insights that directly feed into products and customer investigations.
• Achieve certification as a cryptocurrency professional across all internal programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the specified US states.
• 5+ years of strong analytic or investigative experience leading complex problems end-to-end.
• Proven track record of initiative, judgment, and high-bar performance.
• Strong AI-forward instincts with a focus on building automation to scale work.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Comfort working with large datasets and evolving technical threats.
