Location: Must be based in New York City (NYC) with ~3 days in-office weekly

Salary: $156,000 – $204,000

What you will do

• Design and build LLM-powered systems and data agents to improve internal decision-making at scale.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to surface strategic insights and define critical KPIs across the customer lifecycle.
• Evaluate and optimize LLM performance through experimentation, benchmarking, and prompt engineering.
• Develop and maintain production-grade AI applications using modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub).
• Manage end-to-end projects and influence senior business stakeholders up to the CRO level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a combined data analytics and AI role.
• Strong SQL proficiency; Python experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines.
• Proven track record of communicating data-driven recommendations to senior business leadership.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub) for AI/analytics workloads.
• Ability to work from the NYC office approximately 3 days per week

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Snowflake as a database agent platform (MCP, semantic views).
• Experience with dbt (dbt Cloud) for analytics engineering.
• Familiarity with digital assets, fintech, or Web3 domains.
