What you will do

• Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Design and execute A/B tests and AI evaluations to validate features and guide iteration.
• Build and optimize AI infrastructure to support production-level LLM inferencing.
• Scale AI features into production-ready solutions by improving internal tools and processes.
• Collaborate with designers and leadership to design and implement AI-driven product features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic production applications.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience shipping production AI features (e.g., RAG systems, AI agents, or LLM tools).
• Strong experimentation mindset for designing and measuring A/B tests.
• English: C2 (Native or near-native) required.
