What you will do

• Concept and animate video ads and UGC creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Bring fresh creative hooks and angles to the table to drive user acquisition.
• Explore diverse creative styles ranging from polished motion to raw, native-feeling UGC.
• Produce a steady stream of high-quality ad variations at a fast pace.
• Collaborate with producers and user acquisition managers to optimize creative based on performance data.
• Maintain a consistent and appealing brand presence across all social media channels.

Requirements

• Strong motion design portfolio demonstrating ad creative experience.
• Hands-on mastery of After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong eye for composition, color, and timing to ensure polished, engaging motion.
• Active use of AI models for image, video, and sound generation in professional workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment without hand-holding.
