Motion Designer (AI)

hirify.global is a young tech company developing mobile apps for pet care, lifestyle, and other everyday experiences.

What you will do

• Create motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
• Iterate on creative assets based on performance feedback.
• Adapt motion creatives for Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative marketing manager to align visuals and messaging.
• Optimize files, compression, and rendering for efficient delivery.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and deliver stable, predictable results.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with mobile or web products.
• Understanding of performance marketing content requirements.
• Professional experience with AI tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of basic editing and animation principles, plus knowledge of After Effects plugins.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher; a portfolio of completed projects is required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating UGC content.
• Experience creating web animations with Lottie or Rive.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with sound-effects editing and creation software.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software.
