What you will do

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
• Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback to optimize results.
• Adapt motion creatives for various ad formats and platforms including Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the creative marketing manager to ensure cohesive visuals and messaging.
• Apply industry best practices for file optimization, compression, and rendering.
• Contribute creative ideas and input during brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with mobile or web products.
• Understanding of content creation for performance marketing.
• Experience working with AI tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Portfolio of completed projects and knowledge of animation principles.
• English: B1 level minimum

Nice to have

• Experience in creating UGC content.
• Ability to create animations for web platforms using Lottie or Rive.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of software for editing and creating sound effects.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software.
