What you will do

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of digital commerce projects, ensuring alignment with contracts and goals.
• Steer projects proactively via regular budget forecasting, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact to ensure high NPS and satisfaction.
• Coordinate distributed cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Monitor project health and financial KPIs, including chargeability and profitability.
• Report project status, risks, and governance to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency or consultancy environment delivering software projects.
• Track record of managing end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks and tools.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for Canada (Toronto)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
