What you will do

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to keep property building systems running reliably.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and support a comfortable environment for guests and staff.
• Maintain and repair water heaters, pumps, plumbing, and related mechanical systems according to schedules.
• Maintain electrical systems knowledge, including troubleshooting and conduit installation.
• Install new equipment and systems as directed; coordinate with contractors and vendors when needed.
• Record maintenance activities and equipment data; prepare bills of materials and ensure parts/tools are ready.

Requirements

• Journeyman Engineer with broad proficiency across multiple engineering disciplines.
• 5 years of experience in the hotel/casino industry.
• Completion and proof of technical training (QE-Qualified Employee) and basic plumbing knowledge.
• Boiler operator license; Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent experience) plus basic electricity knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience with plumbing (including brazing, pipe threading, and steam/condensate systems).
• Experience with welding (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) and familiarity with refrigeration and central plant operations.
