What you will do

• Work with the team to follow the Scrum process and drive time-boxed Scrum ceremonies.
• Monitor project progress using metrics and KPIs, and prepare project reporting.
• Remove impediments and help resolve team blockers while planning interdependencies.
• Manage relationships within the team, with the client, and with other stakeholders; support Service Delivery Management collaboration.
• Conduct meetings and produce meeting notes and follow-ups, including using AI for meeting notes creation.
• Support Product Owner collaboration to elaborate and prioritize the Team Backlog and ensure DoD observance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Perfect understanding of the Scrum framework.
• Good understanding of estimation techniques.
• Experience with people management, risk management, communication management, change management, time management, and project reporting.
• Ability to identify critical risks and create mitigation plans.
• English: upper-intermediate or advanced.
