What you will do

• Lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project priorities and coordinate daily activities with cross-functional teams.

• Drive internal and external process improvements.
• Mentor team members on project management best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a Software/IT environment.
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Monday.com.
• Proactive mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
