Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Execute media operations workflows including content ingest, QC, transcoding, and distribution.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for operational issues and workflow exceptions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure successful asset fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot urgent operational issues in real-time and implement preventative solutions.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and workflow documentation.
• Support departmental training initiatives and the rollout of new systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in broadcast, post-production, or media operations.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
• Must be willing to work a 24/7 schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• Proficiency with file-based QC tools like Baton and media asset management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of digital video formats, codecs, and audio measurement standards.
• Experience with Vantage, Dalet, Avid, Harmonic, or Imagine systems.
