Salary: CAD 140,000 - CAD 210,000 yearly

What you will do
- Support the Managing Director with ID location management, global initiatives, project planning, deliverables, and budgeting.
- Ensure adherence to company and department policies and procedures, addressing gaps/risks and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Support client integration, client service management, and business development activities including new business generation, integration, and retention.
- Manage sensitive or escalated queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal MUFG departments to a high-quality standard.
- Support product development and product management by developing the operating model and systems/technical resources.
- Lead and develop direct reports through 1:1s, performance discussions, career coaching, and annual performance reviews; champion investor delivery initiatives and drive innovation and change.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a business-related field.
- 10+ years of operations experience in financial services, fund administration, and asset management, including 5–10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Extensive leadership experience in investor services, fund administration, or a related industry.
- Strong people leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated business logic and risk-adverse approach to resource management and operations.
- Understanding of the current and future technology landscape.
