Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 annually

What you will do

• Own client relationships for assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive account strategies to ensure pipeline continuity.
• Oversee program and portfolio delivery to ensure quality, value, and contractual alignment.
• Translate client business objectives into actionable priorities through clear communication.
• Lead escalations, feedback management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate transparency and accountability between client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in client-facing IT roles focused on service delivery and stakeholder management.
• 2+ years of experience managing large, complex programs or strategic accounts with revenue growth responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of account planning and portfolio management practices.
• Advanced experience coordinating sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite at client location 4-5 days a week in West Palm Beach, FL.
