What you will do

• Lead cross-functional process development initiatives for complex UAV assemblies.
• Develop and deploy site-wide Lean initiatives and standards to optimize production.
• Resolve complex, cross-disciplinary production issues using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Lead capacity planning and production scaling initiatives.
• Oversee business process improvement for policy and strategy development.
• Mentor junior industrial engineering personnel and lead compliance activities including supplier audits.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5-7 years of industrial, manufacturing, or process engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and production systems.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools including SPC, hypothesis testing, and DOE.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods including flow, layout, and assembly.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Visio.
