Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Risk & Payment Operations Platform.
• Build scalable systems for case management, decision orchestration, and audit trails.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to implement automation and reduce manual operational bottlenecks.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Support.
• Advocate for customer experience within internal operational workflows to minimize friction.
• Measure and optimize the impact of operational decisions on customer trust and business scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth fintech or operational environments.
• Deep expertise in financial operations, payments, and SMB-specific risk challenges.
• Proven experience applying AI or machine learning to fraud detection and automated decisioning.
• Demonstrated success in 0→1 system generation and building complex internal platform infrastructure.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design end-to-end workflows and process automation.
• Thorough understanding of compliance requirements such as AML, PCI-DSS, and NACHA.
