What you will do
- Handle install base maintenance tasks, create safety inspection tickets, and monitor pre-invoicing to ensure correct ticket processing.
- Update on-call lists, send daily dispatch notifications, manage technician check-in/out, and coordinate ticket assignments with mechanics.
- Provide status updates to National Accounts and customers for open work orders and completed callbacks; maintain shared calendars for dispatch and field scheduling.
- Track operations systems and tool audits; support service department workflows including downloads on mobile devices and ordering brochures/tools/phones.
- Support finance/admin operations: manual payroll entry forms, daily DVR processing and cost corrections, parts requisitions/receiving, and invoice review/corrections.
- Assist with legal documentation for incidents/lawsuits, prepare badging applications and uniform orders, and manage mail/faxes and AP invoice coding/forwarding.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; or a one-year certificate from college/technical school; or 3–6 months of related experience/training in basic business administration.
- Some elevator repair administrative work experience preferred.
- Oracle database knowledge preferred.
