Warehouse Coordinator

What you will do

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and suppliers regarding product and spare part information.
• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations and maintain organization for efficient retrieval.
• Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to the warehouse and the customer’s maintenance department.
• Assist with procurement processes and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare daily customer reports and perform operational duties as assigned.
• Work a rotating pattern of 12-hour night shifts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Clovis, New Mexico
• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or parts supply environment.
• Experience in a food production environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work unsupervised with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must obtain Forklift Certification (on-site training provided).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).

• SAP experience.
