Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, NL

Salary: €5,030 - €7,183 per month

What you will do

  • Define the future strategy and roadmap for the hirify.global mobile foundation.
  • Own the mobile app shell, native iOS and Android experiences, and hybrid architecture.
  • Manage device integrations (NFC, location), mobile observability, and AI capabilities.
  • Enable over 1,000 developers and designers to create mobile excellence at scale.
  • Navigate ecosystem changes across AI, digital identity, payments, and security regulations.
  • Balance innovation with stability and security to ensure the platform is never a bottleneck.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and ability to challenge technical teams.
  • Good command of both Dutch and English.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Utrecht, NL.
  • Proven experience in creating excellent user experiences.
  • Experience with platform-product management and hybrid architectures.

Nice to have

  • Experience with platform engineering, application development, or automation.
  • Experience working within enterprise-scale environments.
