What you will do

• Lead, support, and inspire the FX team on a daily basis.
• Manage team performance, recruitment, and individual professional growth.
• Organize production, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met in collaboration with the Associate Producer.
• Contribute to pipeline improvements and optimizations alongside the Technical Director.
• Act as an ambassador for the FX department and coordinate outsourcing efforts.
• Support the Art Director in shaping artistic decisions and categorizing assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Team Lead on large-scale AAA productions.
• Strong understanding of AAA game development pipelines.
• Solid experience in team leadership and people management.
• Ability to balance creativity, technical excellence, and production constraints.
• Effective communication skills across various disciplines and stakeholders.
