What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Group's tax strategy and serve as the primary tax advisor to the CFO and senior leadership.
• Manage global tax compliance obligations across all jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, VAT, and employment taxes.
• Oversee the preparation and review of tax provisions and disclosures under IFRS, UK GAAP, or US GAAP.
• Develop and improve OECD-compliant transfer pricing policies and manage intercompany pricing arrangements.
• Lead Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting, Pillar Two compliance, and manage relationships with HMRC and other tax authorities.
• Develop the Group Tax Risk Framework and assess risks related to employee relocation and international presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior tax professional in a global environment.
• Expertise in IFRS, UK GAAP, or US GAAP accounting standards for tax reporting.
• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing and international tax legislation.
• Experience managing tax audits and enquiries with HMRC and overseas authorities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Manchester
