What you will do

• Define and implement the Global Transfer Pricing Model and Policy in accordance with OECD standards and BEPS action plans.
• Oversee the documentation of international related party transactions, including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
• Manage and defend transfer pricing setups during tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead, develop, and provide strategic leadership to a Transfer Pricing team of 6 people based in Poland.
• Provide expert advice and support to local finance managers and business units on the execution of the Transfer Pricing Policy.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors to manage stakeholders and project budgets.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing or International Tax.
• Professional background combining Big 4 advisory and in-house experience within a multinational company.
• Proven expertise in BEPS Action 13 and the design of global TP operating models.
• Hands-on experience with complex TP structures, including IP, service models, and cost allocation.
• Experience managing transfer pricing audits and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs).
• Ability to operate in highly regulated environments across 50+ jurisdictions.
