What you will do

• Design and implement dashboards using Power BI and TRIANA to support global data strategy.
• Lead the account data governance program, including data standards, quality, and report inventory.
• Provide technical oversight for BI, automation, and workflow solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Develop analytics roadmaps and conduct data assessments to support system integrations.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready reporting and strategic insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Management, or Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience leading and coaching technical or analytical teams.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report optimization.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Proficiency in SQL, data integration, and ETL processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial real estate systems such as Yardi, IBM TRIRIGA, or Triana.
• Experience with Alteryx or Python.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools including Gemini.
