What you will do

• Lead the implementation and integration of IGA solutions with enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers.
• Create comprehensive design and testing documentation following lifecycle methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve technical issues.
• Assist sales teams with technical pre-sales, including proofs of concept and addressing customer objections.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years at a Senior Consultant level or above in Identity Governance design and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE and SQL.
• Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, and Unix/Perl scripting.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
