What you will do

• Design, develop, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.x solutions for enterprise IAM environments.
• Manage Identity Lifecycle Manager (LCM) processes including access requests, approvals, and provisioning workflows.
• Develop and troubleshoot custom workflows, forms, and rules using Java, BeanShell, and XML.
• Configure enterprise application integrations and JDBC connectors for automated identity management.
• Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and mitigation controls to ensure compliance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate IAM requirements into scalable, automated solutions.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card) required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with IdentityIQ 8.x configuration, LCM, and workflow development.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL for system customization.
• Strong understanding of identity aggregation, correlation, and provisioning processes.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) with SailPoint.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ certifications.
• Experience supporting federal government customers.
• Knowledge of RBAC, access certification, and advanced compliance reporting.
