What you will do

• Design and operate the end-to-end content production pipeline, from AI-assisted drafting to human-led QA and publishing.
• Develop and execute content strategies that drive organic traffic and customer conversions on hirify.global.ai and external platforms.
• Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure visibility in LLM-based search results like ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Enforce strict editorial standards for YMYL (Your Money Your Life) finance content, ensuring factual accuracy and proper sourcing.
• Track performance metrics related to customer acquisition and AI-citation targets to inform roadmap and resource allocation.
• Manage a lean team including direct reports, AI agents, and freelance contributors.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience in editorial strategy and content growth, specifically within high-trust industries like finance or insurance.
• Expertise in SEO and emerging AEO landscapes, with a deep understanding of how LLMs evaluate and surface information.
• Advanced proficiency with LLMs and AI tools for drafting, research, and process automation.
• Strong editorial judgment and an ability to maintain high accuracy standards for complex financial topics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
