Chief of Staff to the CMO (AI)

Salary: $221,900–$305,150 USD per year

What you will do

• Translate company strategy into Marketing annual plans, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive company-priority and marketing-priority initiatives across a 250-person Marketing organization.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements focused on efficiency, profitability, and AI transformation.
• Own CMO forums, high-impact agendas, decision-making processes, and action-item follow-through.
• Improve Marketing planning, analytics, ROI, and operational efficiency in partnership with Analytics and Finance.
• Lead CMO communications, executive presentations, all-staff meetings, and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally including recent Director-level experience.
• Experience in B2B marketing at a dynamic, high-growth software company.
• Proficiency in AI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Significant experience with strategic and annual planning, project management, and OKR leadership.
• Experience achieving quantifiable results, improving organizational structures, and optimizing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
