What you will do

• Cull and assemble raw footage into strong narrative drafts based on project briefs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into visual stories that evoke desired emotions and actions.
• Produce on-brand content using established animation styles, textures, colors, and typography.
• Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and music to enhance the final output.
• Manage project files, asset libraries, and archiving systems according to team workflows.
• Iterate quickly on feedback from senior editors and stakeholders to refine cuts.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of video editing experience, including internships or freelance work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• A portfolio of work samples demonstrating editorial decisions and narrative pacing.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, compression, and delivery specs.
• Must be located in Belgrade, Serbia.
• Ability to work effectively within a global business context.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience editing professional brand or marketing content.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Workfront, Asana, or Frame.io.
