Video Editor (AI): Create high-performing short-form and dynamic video ads by editing and producing UGC-style, performance-driven creatives with an accent on AI-powered workflows for ideation, scripting, visuals, voiceovers, and creative testing. Focus on turning raw footage into thumb-stopping ads optimized for retention, hooks, pacing, storytelling, CTAs, and conversion performance.
Location: Vilnius / Hybrid / Remote
Salary: up to €3000 gross/month

What you will do
- Edit and produce UGC-style content and social-first video ads for paid social channels.
- Use AI-powered tools and generative workflows to accelerate video production, ideation, scripting, visuals, voiceovers, and creative testing.
- Transform raw footage and concepts into fast-paced, visually compelling ad creatives.
- Add music, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, hooks, and visual effects to maximize retention and performance.
- Collaborate with marketers and creative strategists to iterate on winning ad concepts using performance insights.
- Continuously optimize content effectiveness using creative trends and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of video editing experience, preferably for performance marketing and paid social.
- Experience creating short-form, dynamic, conversion-focused video creatives.
- Strong understanding of what makes video ads perform: hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, CTAs, and audience psychology.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation and creative automation tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling, Veo, or similar).
- Comfort working with multiple styles including UGC, product-focused ads, testimonial videos, motion graphics, and viral social formats.
