What you will do

• Own athlete storytelling end-to-end, identifying narratives within rushes, BTS material, and event coverage.
• Develop content concepts for sports storytelling across formats, from short-form social to longer editorial pieces.
• Edit global output including social content, athlete films, partnership activations, and event coverage.
• Manage full post-production including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics using DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Contribute to pre-production planning by proposing shots, sequences, and creative approaches before filming.
• Operate across the production spectrum, combining fast, reactive run-and-gun shooting with high-end planned productions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sports, brand, or editorial video content.
• Genuine proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy, or genuinely open to relocating to Milan.
• Ability to travel to races, shoots, and events across Europe.
• Deep sports literacy with an understanding of how to make sports stories resonate.
• Portfolio showcasing range: from social-native content to long-form cinematic storytelling.
