What you will do

• Define the overall product vision and roadmap for boredpanda.com.
• Optimize site navigation, discovery, and user engagement features including gamification.
• Manage the programmatic stack and monetization strategy to balance revenue and UX.
• Collaborate with engineering and content teams to sequence and ship new features.
• Lead and grow a small team of ad operations and analytics specialists.

Requirements

• Experience owning a high-traffic consumer web product, preferably in media or publishing.
• Proven track record of moving key business metrics through shipped product features.
• Proficiency in product and web analytics for data-driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, viewability, and ad experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Lithuania.
• Experience in people leadership or clear readiness for it.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with programmatic stacks and ad partners.
• Experience with on-site recirculation and gamification.
• Familiarity with editorial or newsroom environments.
