TL;DR

Head of Product (AI): Own one of Hostinger’s core product areas, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap with an accent on leading cross-functional product organizations and delivering measurable business outcomes. Focus on evolving AI-driven experiences (including Kodee) and scaling customer lifecycle growth through experimentation, metrics, and fast execution.

Location: Hybrid (Kaunas and Vilnius)

Salary: Gross from 9000 EUR/month

What you will do

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core product area.
Own product outcomes and business results, balancing customer value with company objectives.
Lead, build, and develop high-performing product teams and remove organizational bottlenecks.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver customer outcomes.
Prioritize opportunities using customer insights, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Drive experimentation, establish product metrics, and continuously optimize performance across customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience leading product teams in high-scale B2C SaaS or technology companies.
Strong product strategy and execution with a track record of measurable business impact.
Experience owning products with millions of users or significant commercial responsibility.
Customer-centric mindset with analytical decision-making, including experimentation frameworks and product metrics.
Experience leading cross-functional organizations through growth and change.
Excellent communication skills in English.
