Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Klaipėda, or Riga). For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.

Salary: €5,000 – €6,400 gross per month.

What you will do

• Own the development and continuous improvement of eCommerce products and internal tools.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and well-defined Jira tickets.
• Prioritize stakeholder requests based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Drive product roadmaps and shape the team’s development priorities.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows using AI and other modern tools.
• Measure product success using data insights to continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working closely with software development teams.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technical requirements and actionable development work.
• Strong experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing competing stakeholder needs.
• Proficiency with Jira and familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker or Power BI.
• Must be based in or be able to work from hubs in Vilnius, Klaipėda, or Riga.
