Location: Hybrid in Vilnius (4 days onsite) or Remote within the EU

Salary: €4,000–€6,000 per month

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap based on user behavior and business goals.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure high-quality delivery cadence.
• Analyze user engagement, retention, and session depth using tools like Amplitude.
• Shape the structure and execution level of the product and engineering team.
• Own the end-to-end user experience and product quality.
• Prioritize features based on impact and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU or willing to work in Vilnius
• Proven experience as a hands-on product operator managing engineering execution.
• Strong track record of building and scaling successful consumer products.
• Proficiency in product analytics tools like Amplitude to drive decisions.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for action.

Nice to have

• Experience in ed-tech, language learning, or habit-forming apps.
• Strong design and UX sensibility.
• Exposure to content-heavy products and localization strategies.
