What you will do

• Identify AI skill gaps and design training curricula focused on ML, deep learning, LLMs, and Agentic frameworks.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops for technical audiences to drive scalable AI enablement.
• Create playbooks and scorecards to help business units prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
• Partner with the People Team to redesign workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks using AI.
• Define and track metrics to evaluate AI adoption rates and the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong practical expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and Agentic frameworks.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops.
• Ability to map business processes and identify automation opportunities to optimize output.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with the European tech landscape and industry trends.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech consulting, product management, or agile transformation.
• Hands-on comfort with practical AI tools like Gemini or similar assistants.
• Experimentation mindset for integrating emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
