What you will do

• Lead and execute cross-functional projects involving institutions, scientific societies, and patient associations.
• Manage patient advocacy activities and foster productive relationships with key external partners.
• Coordinate internal and external communication activities under the guidance of institutional and communications leadership.
• Act as a key liaison across internal functions including RAAMs, MAAMs, and access teams.
• Drive structured project planning, including stakeholder mapping, timeline management, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure alignment for high-level institutional events involving senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree, with a Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Health Policy, Public Health, Public Affairs, Communication, or Project Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector, preferably in dermatology.
• Proven track record in cross-functional project delivery and engagement with institutions or patient groups.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Native-level Spanish proficiency required.
• Strong integrity and compliance orientation, including familiarity with Farmaindustria codes and internal SOPs.
