What you will do

• Monitor and analyze model performance using statistical tests and data-driven insights.
• Provide capital and business impact analyses for various business initiatives throughout the model lifecycle.
• Dive into large datasets to assess data quality and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate technical insights into business value.
• Participate in the 18-month Data Analytics Early Career Program to develop technical and personal skills.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• Hands-on experience with coding in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Experience working with data analysis tools or platforms such as Databricks.
• Affinity with analytics, statistical testing, and model monitoring.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain findings clearly.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Utrecht, Netherlands (Hybrid).
