What you will do

• Provide day-to-day functional support for the LIMS application, including troubleshooting and issue escalation.
• Configure and maintain LIMS master data, test schemes, product specifications, and user roles.
• Support laboratory operations during LIMS adoption, enhancement releases, and process changes.
• Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and perform validation checks to ensure system accuracy.
• Manage LIMS-related electronic data delivery, reporting, and integration activities with ERP and other laboratory systems.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support consistent system usage.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting LIMS, laboratory systems, or similar technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows, sample lifecycle, and regulated laboratory operations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into IT system requirements.
• Familiarity with data governance, audit controls, and compliance standards like GxP, FDA, or ISO.
