Integrated and Remote Operations (IO&R) Specialist (IROC)

What you will do

• Lead the growth and positioning of the Integrated Remote Operations Centre practice within the region.
• Define and execute regional go-to-market strategy, including target clients, offerings, and messaging.
• Originate, pursue, and convert consulting and advisory opportunities while building a sustainable pipeline.
• Engage senior client and executive stakeholders, shape opportunities, and lead proposal development.
• Provide subject matter leadership across project delivery, including coaching, reviews, and key client engagements.
• Build regional capability, develop talent, contribute to thought leadership, and collaborate with the global IROC team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or transformation roles.
• Strong background in mining or similar asset-intensive industries and operational improvement.
• Direct experience designing or implementing integrated remote operations centres or integrated operations models.
• Experience originating and winning consulting or advisory work.
• Experience leading large-scale, digitally enabled transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; willingness to travel as needed.
