What you will do

• Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for the IROC practice, including target clients and messaging.
• Originate, pursue, and convert business opportunities to build a sustainable pipeline.
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to articulate value and shape digital transformation opportunities.
• Lead proposal development, focusing on win strategy, commercial positioning, and delivery approach.
• Provide subject matter leadership and coaching for project delivery and client engagement.
• Collaborate with the global IROC team to evolve and scale repeatable offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or transformation roles.
• Proven background in mining or similar asset-intensive industries with operational improvement experience.
• Direct experience in the design or implementation of Integrated Remote Operations Centres (IROCs).
• Ability to engage and influence senior operational and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as required.
