Product Operations Specialist (Fraud Operations Processes)

What you will do

• Maintain and continuously improve the single source of truth for live fraud operational processes, standardizing and documenting high-volume workflows.
• Design monitoring mechanisms (dashboards and spot-checks) to ensure compliance, quality, and improvements to the user journey.
• Define, track, and optimize fraud workflow health metrics and KPIs such as adherence, throughput, and process quality.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and partner with Product Ops and Engineering to implement automation and tooling that removes manual overhead.
• Own change control (versioning, sign-off, cross-functional communication) and ensure updates reflect in WFM capacity models and training calibrations.
• Safeguard the user recovery experience by reducing fraud risk while minimizing friction for legitimate users facing false declines.

Requirements

• Solid fraud/payments domain expertise, including understanding fraud risk vectors and known patterns.
• Proven experience mapping, documenting, and scaling complex operational workflows in high-growth fintech or tech environments.
• Experience preparing processes for automation or external vendors, with the ability to separate high-judgment tasks from transactional ones.
• Strong data fluency with hands-on querying (SQL, BigQuery, Omni, or similar) to build dashboards and support business cases with hard numbers.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication across Customer Operations, WFM, Product, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders.
• Professional fluency and advanced communication skills in English.
