What you will do

• Support Order Processing and Export Managers in daily operations, documentation, and tracking.
• Assist in the export-related classification of goods and review product/customs information.
• Manage applications and requests to BAFA via the ELAN-K2 portal and other customs portals (AZG, vZTA).
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve master data to ensure high data quality.
• Collaborate with logistics, product management, and engineering teams.
• Use Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office for documentation and process optimization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in International Commercial Law, Business Law, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Fluent German language skills for precise professional communication with stakeholders.
• Good English skills for working with international terminology and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Gilching, Germany.
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Nice to have

• Initial knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or ERP systems.
• Strong interest in technical products and operational export processes.
