What you will do

• Perform testing and functional checks on CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, AHUs, and DX cooling units.
• Verify mechanical installation quality, airflow direction, cooling capacity, and sensor functionality.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) by preparing equipment and instrumentation.
• Record test results, update measurement sheets, and maintain defect logs according to QA/QC standards.
• Operate HVAC testing instruments and diagnostic equipment while adhering to calibration requirements.
• Collaborate with senior testers and engineering teams to meet daily testing schedules.

Requirements

• Technical competency in HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to follow approved test procedures, engineering drawings, and P&IDs.
• Experience with instrumentation such as temperature probes, pressure gauges, and flow meters.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
