What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to existing clients to collect reviews and testimonials.
• Maintain professional follow-up communications and foster positive client relationships.
• Manage email correspondence and assist the business owner with scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Keep records organized and up to date while supporting general administrative functions.
• Complete mandatory GDPR and data protection training.

Requirements

• Available to work 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, afternoon time, UK timezone).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and proficient in using WhatsApp Web and email.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to provide passport or ID documentation for system access verification.
