What you will do

• Plan and execute production releases and technical cutovers.
• Create and maintain detailed cutover runbooks.
• Lead cutover rehearsals and Go/No-Go meetings.
• Automate deployment and release processes.
• Coordinate activities between development, operations, and business teams.
• Monitor deployments and manage rollback procedures when necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of managing production releases and technical cutovers.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Knowledge of database deployments and data migrations.
• Experience with automated testing and deployment validation.
