What you will do

• Manage product development projects, including new product launches and label extension initiatives.
• Coordinate and monitor field trials with research organizations and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and support regulatory submissions for new registrations, renewals, and label changes.
• Liaise with Turkish regulatory authorities to monitor progress and ensure timely approvals.
• Analyze trial data and provide technical support through product training and customer events.
• Maintain regulatory databases and project documentation using systems like Veeva Vault.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering (MSc or PhD preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in crop protection product development and registration.
• Deep knowledge of Turkish pesticide and fertilizer registration legislation and Ministry of Agriculture procedures.
• Experience in preparing regulatory dossiers and managing development projects.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Office and regulatory management systems.
