TL;DR

Senior AI Engineer (GenAI/Banking): Designing, building, and scaling advanced AI solutions with an accent on Generative AI, Agentic frameworks, and RAG. Focus on transitioning PoCs to production, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, and implementing scalable cloud deployments.

Location: Hybrid (Minimum 1 day a week from the office in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Łódź, Poland)

Salary: Up to 170 PLN/h

What you will do

• Develop, prototype, and scale AI applications from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production.
• Build solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, MCP, and Agentic frameworks.
• Connect AI models with vector databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ensure proper documentation, risk management, and promote ethical AI practices.
• Mentor team members and share best practices regarding Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Strong Python programming skills and scalable system development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, MCP).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• English: Fluent (B2/C1+) proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with A2A protocols, multi-agent systems, and agent reliability testing.
• Understanding of AI safety, alignment, ethics, and EU AI regulations.
• Previous experience in highly regulated industries like banking or finance.
