What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and shape business needs to deliver measurable value and improve end-to-end processes.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, balancing business value, risks, and operational constraints.
• Lead discovery workshops, analyze AS-IS processes, and define optimized TO-BE solutions.
• Act as the primary connector between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Convert complex requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate UAT cycles and support stakeholders through training to ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis delivering enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to lead discovery activities and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience autonomously transforming business requirements into delivery milestones.
• Expertise in managing UAT cycles and driving adoption across diverse user groups.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Romania.
