What you will do

• Own product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog, priorities, and sprint readiness for feature execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams.
• Translate complex financial journeys into clear and executable product flows.
• Test features before launch and track bugs, edge cases, and post-launch fixes.
• Keep stakeholders informed on progress, blockers, risks, and necessary decisions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar delivery-focused role.
• Strong ability to write clear requirements and break down work for engineering teams.
• Good understanding of user flows, edge cases, and operational processes.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Must be based in Japan and able to work from the Tokyo office.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer apps is a strong advantage.
