What you will do

• Prioritize and refine the product backlog to ensure items are actionable and well-defined.
• Partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver prioritized features and ensure alignment with technical feasibility.
• Collect and document release requirements from stakeholders, ensuring consistency with company strategy.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, quality, and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead product release planning and manage beta/pilot programs for early-stage products.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency is essential for stakeholder management and communication.
• 4+ years of experience in product development roles.
• 2+ years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
• Proven experience building and managing B2B SaaS offerings.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with East Coast USA working hours.
